About me

Who am I? Why am I here?

It’s a pretty relevant question of course. I am myself and I am unique in that way, just like everyone else is in this world. No two people are the same, each and everyone of us has their own interests, their reasons for being who they are.

Does that make this blog unique, certainly not. I used to have a personal blog, but no one is waiting to hear what I have to say about my life. It’s not at all interesting, I live a pretty plain life of a thirty something year old woman. Besides that there are not always things happening which are worth mentioning or which I am willing to share with  everyone who happens to land on my blog.

Through the years I have tried to keep a personal journal online, it didn’t work. I attempted to keep one on paper, for myself. But it’s not for me. It doesn’t work that way, probably because I don’t think that the things which happen in my life aren’t that important or interesting to keep track off.

So I have decided that this blog is going to be focused on the things in life which are important to me and which I think could be interesting for the people who read this blog. The biggest part will be about writing, my experiences as I go through another November dedicated to Nanowrimo and my writing in general.  Another part will be focused on the reading challenge I’m doing, I signed myself up on Goodreads and pledged that I am going to try to read 50 books this year. Reason for that is that I have way too many books laying around my apartment which are unread. And I’m going to change that this year.

Another part will be concert reviews and possibly game reviews. Now I know that I have not done any game reviews so far but I am currently playing a game which has really intrigued me and I want to write a review about it. Because it was a game I had never heard of before I started playing it yesterday.

Writing is important in my life and that is what this blog is about.
